Skynetic YaK 54 1100mm best prop?

Hello,
My plane acts like a quail stuck to the ground and takes about 30ft to lift off. I have the original prop 10X4.7 running a 3S 2200
once in the air it seems to fly pretty good. Any advice would be appreciated
what can give me more lift?
