  • ArroScout floats

Hobby Zone ArroScout Putting floats on it the instructions are lacking.
Only one mistake so far. oops
The l shaped rod goes from the rudder to the float rudder.
How do I attach it to the plane rudder?
It said something about cutting a slit and glue it, if that it would bind the rudder not being able to move slightly inside the rudder, I think

Are you doing what it says on page 6 and 7 of the float manual? It looks pretty straight forward to me. It's more of an upside down "L" rod. The top of the L is what you cut a slot in the rudder for. After you line it up properly, you then apply the glue and hold it till the glue sets. Then you put the "incision sticker" over the slot.
