Here is an unusual airplane that I think would make a nice RC plane. The Douglas O-46 was used in the late 1930s and was usually in the blue/yellow color scheme like the PT-19. My Grandfather was a test pilot for the O46, and I would love to have an RC plane like the one he flew. It is a high wing and should be pretty stable. Please consider this one!
