"Scam-detector" has a very low score for this shop. IE, you are likely to lose your money and never see the product. On the other hand, it's only 65 bucks for something that normally costs 4 times as much. That's all you'd lose (and the shipping). If it's a scam, using PayPal with a credit card should give you double protection to get your money back but that takes time.
The only contact is a gmail email. That and no other information about location, phone number, etc, makes them very suspect. I'd say "BUYER BEWARE!"Comment
