The CG in the manual worked great for me.

Completed the first several flights on the Avenger today, and really enjoyed flying this one! I was worried about the weight of the mods (split flaps and a retractable tail wheel) and it handled fine with no issues. It flies like a much larger airplane and really slows down with the flaps at full! Thanks to tab28682 for taking the sticks so I could shoot photos!
I'll be putting together the 3D print files for both the flaps and tail retract to list them on cults3D soon as well. Just need to put together some documentation on assembly first.

Congratulations on that, F106DeltaDart! That is so cool you designed and produced those scale parts! I might have to buy one of these someday and print up your mods to make it look and fly even better!

        Cheers

Thanks Dave! Finally finished getting files and a manual together this afternoon. I've listed on Cults3D here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadg...ic-tbm-avenger.

Impressive! If I pick up this airplane someday, I will be sure to add your cool details!

            Cheers

Decided to spruce up the cockpit a bit today and. replace the giant bobble head stock pilot with a 3D printed one. Also added a few radio boxes, the aft bulkhead, and a headrest. Best part is that the 3D printed pilot was actually lighter than the stock one. Will need to tackle the turret at some point down the road as well.
