This popped up on the FMS site today: http://www.fmsmodel.com/airplanedeta...irplane&ID=421. The model looks excellent, great detail and a nice paint scheme. However, I really hope that price is inaccurate though, $240 is pretty steep for an 1100mm model.

Why would you pay $240 for an 1100mm w/s plane when you can get a larger Dynam 1250mm plane here at MRC for $169 ???

Well, I would personally think that $199 would be reasonable. That would put it in line with the Flightline planes and Durafly Spitfire. My guess would be that it uses the same power system as the Rochobby planes, so once agian, the $200 price point would make sense. And yes Dynam does make a Tempest. First of all, the Typhoon is almost completely different. Second of all, Dynam electronics and scale outline have never been top quality. They fly excellent, but I understand why the FMS airframe would cost more.Comment

Looks like that price is just on the FMS site. ForceRC has it up for preorder for $209. http://www.forcerc.com/product/airpl...mm-pnp-fmm086p, which is a more reasonable price. Looks like it is designed to fit the standard 3S 2200.Comment
