  • Motor board loose in fuselage of FMS T-45 Trojan 1400mm

Hello. My front landing gear broke and I nosed over. The propeller broke and now the motor and its mount move around. The only damage to the plane is the landing gear and motor mount. Do I have to buy a new fuselage or is the mount able to be replaced or re attached to the fuselage? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Adam.

    T-28 Trojan not T-45

    Did you mean T-28 Trojan?
This is a typical occurrence on the Parkzone and Eflite Trojans as well. I've seen these with noses horribly bent out of shape after several repairs and they just keep on flying. Cosmetically, your plane may never look like new, but give the repair a shot. It's going happen again and if you start buying new fuses every time, you're going to be buying them a lot. Disassemble it as best you can to expose the loose and broken parts. Then start gluing it all back together again. FoamTac will become your best friend. Landing gear may require epoxy.

Take a look at the parts list and see if there is anything that you might care to buy, rather than repair:
