Lost a prop today from hub of P 47. Poor design. Any one have the same problem and how corrected. Fourth flight.

I have to correct this post on he prop for the P 47 1700. The design is not poor. The installer is poor. I found I left one of the mounting bolts out. I almost lost this plane because of carelessness not to mention danger to others at field. I learned a very valuable lesson. Double check all installations.
