    New Eflite 1.2M P-47 Razorback

This just showed up on the HH last night, a brand new 1.2M P-47: http://www.horizonhobby.com/products/EFL8450. I love the Razorback and the ordinance. It even looks like there might be functional struts? Or maybe just plastic moldings, hard to tell. Only things that bug me are the tiny prop and the finish. From the pictures, it looks like the foam finish has a long way to go compared to Flightline or Durafly.

If I get one that will be one of the first things I change. Along with a big scale prop, inner gear doors, and a tail retract.

The scale is ~10.4, so a scale prop would be 14" or 15", depending on which version; probably too much prop for that motor to turn. Motor/ESC upgrade?

Yep, I'm thinking the FMS 580kv motor on 4S and the 15" 4 blade from the Airfield 1400mm Corsair. The FMS prop would also work, but it is the 14" diameter.

Sorry I didn't see this thread and started another one. I'm stoked about this plane. I thought O/D green was the best color before but I really like the color of this one. I'm getting one for sure. Like I said in my other post I wasn't going to buy anything new for a while but can't pass this one up.

It's does have a certain appeal to me also. I seen that the question for a release date was posted but there wasn't an answer for it.
