    P-39 Hell's Bells

Anyone on here have, or have flown the FMS P-39? I just purchased it and it's almost here. I haven't been this excited to fly an RC in a little while. Can't wait! Was looking for feedback. Not much online about it.

It's a great plane, very fast. Just be careful about it getting away in a hurry. It has unlimited vertical on 4s. I haven't tried in 3s. The paint chips easy, and be careful with the flap servos. I had to replace one on mine when it went out after my 3rd outing with it. It hasn't had a problem since. It should be a great plane for you

A great plane. Here is the link to the RC Groups posting for the FMS 980 version which I assume is what you have.

One more thing before I forget, it really doesn't take alot of throw to get it to react. So keep it dialed down and add some good expo. It's very twitchy
