Hey all...

I had an ealier version of this plane and just got the new version... For easier transport I was considering doing a folding wing mod using perhaps a fiberglass hinge on the bottom of the wing with the carbon fiber rod cut in half and create some kind of ball in socket joint when the wing is extended.. or something similar... Anyone tried anything like this or have any thoughts on doing this..?

Well pilots, after a long wait and learning / flying a similar plane , I finally got my FMS Blue sky trainer. This puppy was fitted with a Detrum MSR66A 6 axis gyro receiver driven by a Fully programmable computerized Detrum Blitz-DT9 channel transmitter. I have to confess that the cable harnesses from the wing Side were Way too short so I had to fish the leads out from the fuselage up, phew! , but I did it. I also had to attach the receiver sideways (I used hook&loop to do so, Velcro branded of course) and reprogram it to calibrate sideways for it to operate properly. It is ready to rock’ no Roll! Happy 4th you guys!
