Hi:

I received my FW FD from you and all in good shape - double boxed and perfect condition. That said I'd like to let you know that the stabilizer had moved from it's now secured position and floated along the wing. It appears that the control horn bumped along the top of the stabilizer leaving several pock marks and indents. No structural damage, but cosmetic. I will attempt to add a photo so you can see it.

I'm not sure this shows so I'll alsoi post you an email tomorrow.

I suggest that prior to shipping either adding a piece of tape to secure it from moving out of it's location or putting in some foam sheet that would keep it in it's place and secure. If it occurred during the shipment then that is another mater.

I am very impressed with the plane - I'll do a review of it on your site when finished and flying.

We apologize that your horizontal stabilizer was damaged during shipping. The CTLS does require some improved internal packaging, so we typically open each box before and add some foam between parts to prevent this sort of damage. Clearly we failed to put extra foam in your box. If you would like us to send you a replacement stabilizer, please visit our contact us page and send us your order number and a brief note such as "received damaged horizontal stabilizer" and we will send you a replacement part immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience.
