FMS Extra300 CG

I just finished putting together the extra. Tried balancing at the 122 mm cg and it's very nose heavy. Even with the battery as far back as possible. I needed to add 1.6 oz of weight in the tail to balance. Anyone else experience this problem. To balance without any added weight the cg is 3/4" forward.
Anyone else have a problem balancing the beautiful bird.

I have had the FMS E300 for 8 months now and she is a great plane.
Mine flies fine with my 4S 3600, my 4S 3000, and my 4S 2500. All these batteries I put with the butt end (not the wire end) as far aft as possible. With the 2500 battery, she is more nimble.
I have not used any weights for balancing.
