I will contact FMS tonight and find out the exact dimensions of the screws. Hopefully we can find a replacement from one of suppliers like Dubro or Robart, or I will have FMS send us some via expedited shipping. I will post back when I find the answers.
I know this is kind of an old thread, but seems the best place.
When working on most of these models, you need JIS screwdrivers, as Phillip's type don't fit properly, and often strip the heads. You probably won't find them in stores, so online purchase is the best place to find them.

I have a set of Moody Extended Reach JIS screwdrivers on the way from RJR Cool Tools.

I have two sets of those, myself. One for the field, one for the bench. They're very handy, especially with the spinner on the end; I think you'll like them, too.
