  • E-Flite Timber appearance question.

    Hello all,

I recently acquired an E-Flite Timber and must say so far it is fantastic. I will say however that the appearance is lacking and I am trying to find someone who could make a vinyl set for me based off a design of a Bush Plane I found on google images. I am looking for someone with vinyl and or decal experience as this would more than likely be a full wrap. If anyone has any information or can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much for your time in reading this and for any and all help I may receive.

    Sincerely,

    Robert

Well...so far I haven't found much luck. I'm not comfortable painting this plane myself nor do I have the artistic skills to do so haha. Hopefully I can find someone to help me with a full wrap.

I dont think you'll have much luck with a full wrap. I just cleaned the plane with some isoprpyl alcohol and used some Krylon short cuts areosol paint, some yellow frog tape, along with a few graphics from Callie on my Timber. Once finished I hit it with a couple of light coats of minwax polycrilic aresol satin finish polyureathane to seal it all up.
