Needs significant down trim to fly. Added 2 oz heavy hub on propeller shaft and still needs substantial down trim. Standard 2200 4c battery all the way forward. No unusual issues in assembly or noticeable warpage or twist on flying surfaces.. I wont be adding anymore weight. I really cant think of a fix. Has anyone else experienced this problem.

If I remember right, I had to add a couple of oz to both of mine, and I fly it with a 3000 Admiral at the front of the battery bay. However, both of mine are vinyl wrapped and that does add a little extra behind the CG. I have mine trimmed so they fly straight and level at just a bit over half throttle. More throttle and they climb, less and they descend.

Welcome to the Squawk Robert!
I fly my Waco with a Turnigy 3000 4s 25c all the way forward and still need 2 ounces of lead in the nose and it balances at 75mm from the leading edge. You can use a heavier battery, some have used a 4000 4c to add nose weight but I have a bunch of 3000 bats so I used lead. And also I only use 2 clicks of elevator trim and she flies great. Good luck and good flying!

Am flying it using a 4000 40C Admiral.
This is a model of an airframe that had a heavy radial engine so it WILL require weight in the nose...........trust us;)Warbird Charlie
