Hi everyone just got this in the mail, how the heck do I set this up lol ? Came with no instructions and can anyone tell me if the overheating problem due to the wrong grease on the prop shafts has been resolved ? Thank you for any help, gotta get this baby in the water. Rob

Hi. First problem is a water-cooled ESC without water cooling.
Motion replaced all the bad esc with new air-cooled ESC's. If you try to run it with that ESC it will fail in short order.
The grease in the prop shafts is a little heavy. Replaced mine with Super Lube.
I had to open up the stern of the boat. The area under the 40mm gun to gain access to the rudder linkages.
It really needs a 3 cell lipo to get a good top speed out of it. It's pretty lethargic with the supplied 2 cell battery.

The boat runs great with the original motors and props one you get the ESC straightened out.
