    Bancroft 1/200 Missouri

    I have the Bancroft 1/200 Missouri whats best way to ballast ?

      Use BBs, make up little bags of BBs, then place them in the model in various locations until depth is achieved, then glue in place. Alternately, BBs can be placed in the model without bags, then glued in place. If there is a sporting goods store near you that sells shotgun reloading supplies, number 4 or number 6 shot is good.

          Still trying to decide on the 1/200 vs 1/150 Missouri. Can only afford one. Are you happy with the 1/200 scale? Are the main gun barrels open or do they have the permanent tampion plugs? pics/vids show both ways.
