Balancing & weight of the Burkley class destroyer

In the carrier Nimitz one of the Motionrc Team members used 10lbs of BB's in the nose to balance it out in the water to prevent it from rolling over. Where would you position the weight and how many BB's if any in the Burkley destroyer. Thanks.
