    Question about BANCROFT R/C PT-109

I just unboxed my BANCROFT R/C PT-109 Boat. I'm not an experienced R/C guy, but have a some. I plugged in the battery to the charger, for HOURS! I'm only getting a Green Light on the CELL 3 Indicator Light on the charger unit; the Indicator Lights for CELLs 1:and 2, remain RED.

IS my Battery, Completely Charged?! Or do I have a Defective Battery since the other two lights are not going GREEN, which I assume indicates, the battery is not charging properly.

Cam any BANCROFT PT-109 Owners, give Advice?

Agreed…my battery took a long time to charge the first time…. It’s fine now.
A different problem I’m having is that I just noticed that the center propeller is not turning when given a few volts….. does anyone know why?
