Got my Heng Long M4A3 this week. I was surprised that it was a 7.0.
Turns out it is not so bad. It was a upgraded model.
360 turret
Metal tracks,sprockets and steel trans.
The on/off switch is in the drivers hatch, yes it opens.
The machine gun and main gun have an echo when fired, and really sounds good.
Two engine sounds, Piston and M1 Abrams.
You can turn the head lamps and tail lamps on and off separately.
The best thing for me is the zero turn. This can be disabled and one track slows and then stops in a hard turn.
I am still learning the 7.0 as all my other Sherman's are 6.0
All in all it is fine for me.
PS I hate the 105 MM. The 75 MM would be and look better.
I am changing my turret mantlets with an M4A1 mantlet from Shapeways and a 75 mm barrel from some where?
