Version Info: This truck is delivered as "RTR", however does require 4x AAA batteries for the transmitter sold separately (see Requires below for details).

The FMS 1/24 Max Smasher series captures memories of classic American monster trucks while taking advantage of the category-leading feature list of the FCX24 platform. The body design screams, “classic monster pickup”, while the huge air-filled, hollow tires provide excellent traction and shock absorption. The two-speed gearbox, controlled by a third transmitter channel, allows for extraordinary torque, or high-speed, off-road driving. The choice is yours with a flip of a switch. The front and rear axles arrive with planetary gear differentials installed, which allows high-speed off-road driving and outstanding cornering performance. Meanwhile, the parts to convert to straight axles without differentials are also included for owners to install when looking for pure crawling and unsurpassed climbing performance.

Although highly detailed and painted, the Max Smasher also includes a sticker set that allows for further customization, while the included LiPo battery and USB charger allow for extended run times of over 20 minutes.

Portal Axles The use of portal axles allows for additional reduction of FDR (final drive ratio) and delivers more ground clearance for unsurpassed traction and agility.

Composite Chassis and Links The strong but lightweight chassis rails and links are complimented by heavy-duty steel CVD-style drive shafts for durability and optimized torque transfer.

Combination Receiver/ESC The full-featured RX/ESC unit contains additional ports to allow users to add taillights, fog lights, and turn signals in addition to the included headlight LED lamps. The ESC is user-programmable to tailor acceleration, hold, and brake forces toward a crawling or monster truck racing setup.

Just bought one of these cool trucks. Have one question. How do the headlights operate? I turn the on switch up inside the truck and they turn on for 2 seconds and turn off. I see how on the old transmitter it has a button. I have the new version if this helps. Thanks

Never mind. I saw a video on it. Press the bind button on top of the transmitter. Mine only seems to have only low beams though.
