I have a he's 450 in nova and I turned off my tx not thinking and now I can't get it to do anything.what can I do

I also have a trex 450 with a spectrum reciever AR6110E and a microbeastx.I had no tx so I bought a spectrum dxe and I couldn't get it to bind or anything.think I'm in over my head with problems.getting frustrated but not giving up. Just wanna fly.which I can do with others I have.again HELP ME PLEASE -
