    Roban UH-1N

I have just finished building the Roban UH-1N and wanted to share a few photos. I have been building scale helis for many years and most from scratch starting with a raw fuselage. I did not want to start another project that was going to take weeks or months to complete. The Roban kit has lots of detail and painted and went together without any problems. I did add a few extra details and weathering.

That looks great! I have the 600 Huey that I will start working on soon.

The rig I used for testing the mechanics without damaging the fuselage.

That's very similar to what I was planning. I am building the esp first and will get a few flights in that way so I only have to use the mechanics rig at a minimum. This being my first scale build I'm taking it slow.

Very good idea. I am running an ESP in this Funky Hughes 500. Good luck with your build.

Awesome looking Heli. great job and nice set up on the test rig. that's a good idea, I'm going to use your idea on my next scale project.
