Roban AH64 700 size

Any Ideas? Im building the Roban 700 size AH 64D. In trying to ajust tail serveo tray the screw on tail mont bracket gave way, when i tried to tape it to get threads back, the one mount snapped, i barely put any pressure on, there kinda cheezy for something that has a main task function. Ive been trying for weeks to get hold of parts but so far no luck. Its really holding up the whole show here
any ideas??? Thanks

Typo, I tried Tapping it with 3mm die as suggedted by Motion RC. The tail serveo tray mount snapped in 2.
