DX6 transmitter settings for FC6250HX Spektrum FBL unit

I am hoping someone can help me I have DX6 spektrum transmitter and I’m using it with the FC6250HX spektrum FBL unit.....this is for a 700 size heli... I don’t know the transmitter settings that need to be used for a 700 size...like the gain settings, expo settings etc. I would be grateful for any help.
