Unable to unlock my Radio on the 470 So Cal fire gps heli

Just received this new and follow the instructions but my transmitter will not unlock. Any idea’s

I am having same issue on my 470 Airwolf and.if.i take it out of GPS the tail rotor spins so fast it does 360's .that's after I modified the floorboard due to left rear retract hits so hard it bends the linkage and forces linkage to become undone and if flown this way it will flip the person at motion is aware
