Radio read-out

Hello all, I just received my 470 Hughes MD500. My question is I put a fresh battery in the helicopter and new batteries in the radio...the radio shows a full bar for radio batteries but only shows half a bar for the helicopter, is this normal? I tried 3 fully charged batteries with the same result. Thanks

Mine is the same way. Never an issue, yet!

Looking back at this, I don't believe the display is showing the voltage in the flight battery. I think it's giving a representation of the voltage in the RX.
