Here is my contribution. I know that I am not the first to build this one but it might be the best since I applied scale decals, a scale cockpit and many scale parts around the whole airframe.

Oops, she was maidened at Nefi in Muncie in 2016, so she's actually coming into her 7th season. Not bad for an Old Lady!
Here's Mike, Charlie Brown (OV-10) and me at the preflight
And here's Lon Louver , Mike and myself at a post flight discussion. Lon has the same Mustang and was a great source of information on her.
Felt I had to clear that up

My Little Gal II is one of the last Iron Ass Freewing P-51D's, she was bought from the last of stock deal that Motion had at the time. The original fuse and wings suffered a major crash and I replaced them. At that time I had dreamed of doing a Mustang in Flite Metal, so when I took on the rebuild, I relied heavily of a book detailing the rebuild of L'il Margaret. She went to Muncie and was soloed by Captain Mike. I had an accident with her and she sat in the junk box for a few years until my rebuilding skills got better. She was revived and flew again. This year, I decided I could do even better and refinished the nose from the cockpit forward. I went back to the original nose color design.
The letters 'AMC' are my daughter's Ashley, Missy and Cindy, My little Gal is for my wonderful wife Diane and the tail numbers (minus the '4') are 11-09-07, the date we were married. I built as much good luck into as I could and she's had her trials and tribulations, but it seems to work.
So how does she look today? Well, just ran down and took this picture in the basement as we have snow outside.
She's coming up on her 6th season!

My Freewing 90mm F16. Repainted in Israeli Airforce Colours. This has been my first attempt at repainting a model. All done with Tamiya paint and an airbrush.1 Photo

RF-4E Recce Phantom II is based on the Freewing F-4D. Changes were made mainly on the nose section and the front section of the belly. Minor changes were made on the vertical stabilizer and the nozzles also added a 3D printed AN/ALQ 119. The camo shown was a painting of the German 52nd Recce Wing "Leck" for the Tigermeet in 1984/85.
So smile, you might be on camera...

Absolutely, haven't submitted an aircraft yet, but thinking of just submitting my CO instead of some lame aircraft! And yes, she does fly, but the only problem is that she's completely uncontrollable!Originally posted by radfordc View Post
Hugh, I think you're trying to boost your votes by including a pretty blond!

Here is mine. It is the 70mm F-104 Starfighter with cusomized LED system and white wall tyres like the original jet.

From a design/construction standpoint, the Gilmore Red Lion (Black Horse Models but sold by Motion RC) is one of the best ARF's I've had the pleasure of working on. Here's my entry, together with my costumized pilot. He flew the original full scale plane, and this is what he looks like today!

Here is mine. If only the Navy had chosen the F-14 over the F-18 for its long-term ops, maybe we would have seen this aggressor scheme in the full-scale counterpart. Custom pilots, cockpit, and gooniac afterburners. Powered by fms 2100kv predators.
Painting tutorial video below shows the masking process for this digital camo scheme.
