Very interesting. I remember when I was in the Air Force flying 4 F's,stationed in England, both the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds had the F-4s. The base annual air show was a big deal and teams from all over Europe would often participate. One year, we had both the Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds at the same show, although different days. It was great.
