You still have lots of time. At 50, you become invisible (at least to good looking women) . At 60, you're shaving ear hair. At 70, you pee on your shoes if you forget to take your Viagra. At 80, you not only talk to yourself, you answer yourself.Currently flying: Twin 80mm A-10, 80mm F5, 80mm A6, 70mm Yak-130, 70mm F-16v2,90mm Stinger 90, 70mmRC Lander F9F, Flightline F7F TigerCat, Phoenix 46 size Tucano, Flyzone L-39

And as aircraft RCers, we are or do all of the above. Thank God for the fellowship of aviators. The point can be illustrated with an embellished story about a military pilot calling ATC for a priority landing because the port engine of his twin-engine jet fighter was running "a bit peaked". Air Traffic Control told the fighter jock he was number 2 behind a B-52 Stratofortress that had one of its engines shut down. "Copy.", the fighter pilot remarked, "The dreaded seven-engine approach". Like our age in years versus who we are, it is simply a matter of perspective. Best, LB
