Well, they finally sent their decision and it makes no since at all. They are saying 2 things at the same time, first they say i had the had these issues before i joined. BS if i had i never could have been allowed to serve. Second they said that agoraphobia was caused by my tbi? No one ive talked to agreed to it, and the reason they want to link it with my tbi as they did, it allowed them to actually not score it in their decision so im still on the level i was in before all this started a year ago... finally they decided that they thought my migraine headaches were getting better as it was not true, as im still being treated for such as my dr noted they are exactly the opposite, they have actually been getting worse. Very ridiculous.
