Looks to me like one of the homebuilts that are 60% to 80% size of full scale.
Nose is way small for a FW 190
(edit... found the plane that crashed)

Correction.. its not the 60% I found earlier. It IS an AT6.
Someone caught it as in was coming down on their cell phone.

It was a Texan out of Van Nuys painted up for airshows, pilot got out with no injuries. Made a big mess of the afternoon traffic.Comment
