  • Western WA Residents Looking for RC Planes?

I am always wheeling and dealing. Buying and selling, buying and selling. I get bored of a model after awhile and sell to help fund new models. Nothing wrong with these models most the time, just get bored and like to keep my hangar fresh.

Not interested in shipping, so if you live in Western WA I have currently for sale:

FMS Stuka 1400mm - Good condition, $150 PNP.

Fly Fly Hobbies F-22 - Needs to be finished. Just taped together. Flew successfully but an upgraded power system is definitely warranted. $40 bucks.

I have more models and everything has a price. :)

Hey I'm in Vancouver area. I'm currently looking at the fw saber w 64mm. If you have one. Otherwise I'm just getting started w my fleet and spending lots on replacement parts and what not. I have a blade micro ah-64 w some extra parts that I'm selling if your interested in that.

Just wanted to let you know that I'm a lot like you - I'm constantly browsing CL for deals. I've seen your various planes up for sale over the last year or two. I can't say I'm in need of either of the ones you currently have for sale, but I want to encourage you to post any aircraft your thinking of parting with. My garage is overflowing as-is, so hopefully I can sell some planes to make room for new ones, but I can't resist a good deal. ;-)

Btw, I go by Suko on on RCGroups. I think I came by your place to check out a Freewing F-15 you were once selling. I didn't have the batteries or a place to fly it at the time, so I didn't end up buying it.

Hey Suko, I remember you! Yeah I have a lot of takers on RCG for my Stuka but I'm not willing to go through the hassle of shipping it. However, I can't get a single bite via CL these days. Not sure if they changed the perimeters with how you sell there but it's crickets these days. A few years ago I would have bites within minutes of posting a plane for sale, and the plane sold within two days of the ad. Strange!

I'll update this thread whenever I have new planes to sell.

What is this "selling of planes", I don't understand the concept.

How many flights? Hard landings? And can I see it fly? I'm assuming the P-38 in vids is the one for sale?
                      Looking also for v3 1400 f4u or 1700mm corsair if price is right...maybe 1700mm p-47 as well....

My current squadron is from Motion but always room for more....

I have approximately 25 flights or so. No damage. Nothing worse then the usual less-than-perfect greaser once every 5 or so flights, lol. She's in good condition.

Yes the P-38 you see on my You Tube channel (as the FlightLine RC) is this very P-38. Unfortunately no FMS Corsairs at the moment, just the Phoenix Corsair. She's a nice model, just need to upgrade the retracts.

I wish you lived closer to me, you have several planes I'd buy! Of course my wife would say she's glad you live clear across the county! :)

When you get to the point of owning in excess of 100 planes, you begin to understand the concept of selling a few.

I may have a couple of models for sale as well. I need more space let me have a look and see what I have that I can do without.

                              Martin.

Unfortunately I am pretty bone dry at the moment for models I am wanting to sell. I'll definitely update this thread when I do though!
