    The same program card actually works with that ESC as well :).

    Also, be sure to check your motor wiring at the connector for any potential loose solder joints.

        I'll add another card to list that T-CAT provided in his post#1. As he indicated in that same post that a lot of ESC's are rebranded for many "Brand Names" by the less than a handful of Chinese manufactures. One of these brand names that Hobbywing(manufacturer) rebrands for is Detrum alias Dynam. The Dynam ESC programming card is the same as a Hobbywing and a Turnigy(rebrand) and it is carried by Motion RC unlike the others listed. Here's the direct link and is another option to work with.
