Hi,
I'm going to install the above mentioned gyro in my L-39. Loaded the new firmware, everything is working well.
Now I'm wondering how to connect my two elevator servos to just one receiver channel.
Selected one aileron-, two elevator- and one rudder servo in the setup. So far so good.
But second elevator servo connected to OUT5 is unfortunatelly running in reverse direction.
As freewing has mounted one normal- and one reverse-servo (to save one output on the receiver) I've got a problem as I can't reverse the second elevator servo in the gyro setup.
Or am I overlooking something?

if your radio will allow it, try setting it up as a 2 elevator tail and then you can use the ELE 2 functions to reverse the elevator servo that needs it.

2 elevator servos and a gyro ... you have choices.

You can put the gyro on just one elevator servo and it will function, but induce some roll as it corrects for pitch. The aileron channel of the gyro will correct for the roll.
This is not the ideal solution, but it allows you to keep using the computer mixing functions available.

Similarly you can apply gyro to just one aileron, but it would induce some yaw, which gets corrected by the gyro's rudder channel.

These work OK. There is a class of pylon racers that use the elevator on one side and aileron on the other, to avoid the drag of the additional hinge lines.

You can Y the elevator servos and use mechanical linkage or reversed servo on one side to have the two elevator halves track each other Then the gyro plugs between the Y and the RX.
