Admiral RX600SP "3D Mode"

Is the "recovery" mode in the RX600SP usable for attitude hold, such as 3D mode? In other words can it be used to hold a knife edge or hover, or is it strictly return to straight and level?

No it's not a "heading hold" gyro. It's will just attempt to flip the the model back to straight and level.
