RunCam2 Stuttering Issues

I've noticed in recent months that my RunCam2 will "stutter" at least once in every video. You can see it in the video below at the 1:06 timestamp. Any ideas what could be causing this? It only seems to happen once in each video.

I did not detect any oddity at that time stamp. Maybe I'm just not good at seeing something in such detail.

lol Yeah not the best example. It was subtle on this particular video. I will dig out some better examples.

Looks like a write speed issue to the SD card to me. Things I would check/do; if the card is rated fast enough for the runcam, format the card, change framerates/resolutions to see if it happens no matter what. It's always annoying when these things work for years with no problems and than one day a weird issue like this pops up.
