  • Servo noise

Hi. i have this loud constant tone from my nose gear servo in my Eflite Viper.
It comes and goes?? Thought it came from the rx but realized it came from the nose gear servo.

Is the servo faulty? I have another digital servo that can i replace it with.
Can i use this instead and how do i install it in my Viper?

You put it on Vimeo. Now there's no video at all.

That sounds fairly normal to me for an eflite product. Many of the servos (but not all) on my Eflite planes do that and have done so for many, many flights. Try doing what someone else had suggested - change the frame rate and see if that stops it. If it doesn't and you're really worried about it, get the place where you bought the plane to send you replacement servos for any that make that noise. Send them the video. Personally, I've never worried about it.

I don't know what TX you have, so I can only suggest you read the manual.

Spektrum dx6. I'll check the manuel.
