Hobby eagle A3 - using Windows 10

Could do with a little advice/help
Can the Hobby eagle 3 products be updated (firmware) using Windows 10 -- I believe these were originally designed to be used with older op systems ?

Yes, the A3S3 has had an update released earlier this month. I updated 5 of them yesterday, using a Win 10 system.
