Error message trying to download programs for A3Super 3

When I try to download the USB driver and Config Utility programs I get a "not secure" message. The page has 404 and a bunch of Chinese symbols.

The programming links Motion provided didn't work. I got the above when I tried. Maybe I have too much security built in. I went directly to Hobby Eagle's site and downloaded the programs. I also had to download a zip opening program as the USB program is a zip program. All it good now.
