A3 and Spektrum

I just put my A3 in my Mach 2. When I turn the plane on the gyro comes on, everything works but the receiver and satellite starts to blink. All servos operate just fine. Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
I have not seen any post on this condition.

Not sure which Rx you are using, but it sounds like a situation where the Rx is expecting a certain number of remotes. Certain rx models require 1 or 2 remotes to be attached.
