what is the clear wrap on ESC's?

I am trying to make a transmitter module using the lemon RX DIY kit. I'd like to wrap it in that clear shrink tubing but even having trouble finding something on amazon. anyone know what it actually is? I can only find 20mm wide stuff. this module would need at leas a 30 mm to fit over it.

HobbyKing sells 100mm shrink tubing. They also sell smaller diameter - 30mm, 40mm, 50mm.
