So im currently owning a couple of jets. Always flown then on gens ace 5600mah 80c @ 800 ish grams. They work perfect but expensive so in looking for some others. But the 6000 are almost 100gr heavyer.. how much difference will this make?

800-830g is a fairly common weight for 6000-7200mAh 6S LiPo's on Amazon, HRB, Socokin, Hoovo, Ovonic, Zeee and a few others (Hobby Star and E Speed). In fact I have had these and the 6000 and 7200 were all the same weight, 830g, same dimensions and all performed about the same and gave the same flight time. I personally think they were the same under the label.
Interesting that on all these the C ratings are everything from 35C to 120C.

I hate to say it again but to give you a recommendation we really need to know more about the planes you expect to be flying and to some extent your flying style. Do you want standard or HV? Also where you are located as some batteries may not be available where you are.
This is a good thread: Battery Load Test Comparisons - RC Groups
SMC seem to be very highly regarded by the people posting and also by that comp thread. I don't have any SMC and I don't fly HV. I have a lot, twelve, Power Hobby batteries and they have an expensive but super light weight, 570g, 5000 6S that I use in my 70, 80, and 90 (with a 2S for 8S EDFs. Some are 5 years old and still awesome. I also have their more rea$onable 5200 packs, I think 9 or 10 of them, and I use them in my 80 and 90, again with a 2S for 8S on the 90's. I also have some very old Turnigy and Roaring Top that still work amazingly well.
While I have a few 6000-7200 packs, Socokin, Hobby Star, E Speed, HRB they are not really very good and nowhere near their rated C. But they are cheap. I personally think that the ones that are marked 7000-7200 are really the same 6000-6200 cells with a different label, no significant additional flight time. To me they are average, or slightly below average "Amazon" batteries.
I am not a fan at all of Spektrum or Admiral batteries though a lot of people use them without any problems. While a lot of people like SMC both on line and a lot of people use them at my field , lately I am seeing a lot of them get puffy especially in larger EDFs.
My opinion on the SMC batteries are really from seeing results at my field.
Hope that helps.

I run the SMC hivolt packs right now there 59/5100’s and there 9300/8000 packs ( 7 min flights ). If you email SMC they will ship worldwid, the only downside right now is most are out of stock not expecting more until sometime in October. The 5900 packs I get 4 min mixed throttle flights and you can definitely feel the power difference compared to standard LIPO’s
