  • A3 pro Gyro

Hello folks, I'm new to the forum and have been reading along for a while, so it's time I posted something. A question about the Hobbyeagle A3 Pro Gyro... Does anyone have any ideas on how to turn the gyro on and off with a switch on my FlySky FS-I10? The manual doesn't mention how to do this. I've never flown with a gyro in all my 27 years, and now I'm ready to start using it because my planes have gotten a bit bigger and more expensive, and I want to add some safety features. The plan is to use it in windy weather so my plane can stabilize itself somewhat. Best regards, BMO

Gyro OFF mode. Connect the mode (MOD) input to the RX channel of your choice.

    User manual page 5.

Hey, I’m pretty new to this stuff too, but I got the A3 Pro working on my FS‑i10 pretty easily. I just plugged the MOD wire into an open channel on the receiver and then assigned that channel to a 3‑position switch on the radio. When you flip the switch, the LED on the gyro changes, so you know the mode switched.
