Admiral RX600SP. SAFE cannot be used in landing. The flaps on my F16 act jerkily in SAFE mode, AS3X is fine... ailerons retract downward a bit with T.O. flaps and ailerons act as ailerons should. In SAFE mode, the ailerons do not retract, they stay level and act jerky. Such as, jerky ailerons on drugs! Anyone have the fix for this problem?

First of all, your F-16 has flaps???? Or do you mean "flaperons"?
Next, the Admiral RX600SP doesn't have "SAFE" as such. It has "recovery mode". Unlike SAFE in Spektrum RXs which stills allows the pilot to have some stick inputs, "Recovery mode", when activated, freezes all control surfaces - IE, the sticks (except throttle) do NOT work. It is meant only as a momentary operation to bring the plane back to level. That's why it's recommended to put recovery mode on a momentary switch like the bind button. Once you've "saved" the plane, you let go of the button and go back to manual control. This is why you can't have it in recovery mode when landing.
Where are your gains? Are they too high?
Lastly, did you tell the RX that you have "flaperons"? When doing so, did you tell the TX that your plane is "normal wing/tail". When using a gyro or gyro RX, only the RX is programmed to be the wing type. The TX is kept on "normal" wing type.
Sometimes, when setting up a gyro, throws must be at 100% to begin with. After it's all set up, then you can dial the throws down to your liking.
If all of the above has been dealt with, then it is possible that your RX is faulty and there is no fix.
