The only one I know of is the "Jetapult EDF Jet Launcher" sold by Fan Jets USA. However, I have no experience with it.
Perhaps some more on the Forum here can give experienced opinions.

Watched a video , "JBC reviews" on how to make a bungee launcher. Works great for edf and glider type aircraft . It's even adjustable, to fit larger wings, Going shopping for the parts this week. Some parts I'll order through Amazon or ebay. Good winter project.
