Here is something I do in my work shop that some of you my like. I took a bunch of glass baby food jars and other small glass jars an sorted all the loose screws by size. Then I staple the tops under the front edge of a couple of shelves. I screw the jars into the tops and walla, my screws and other small supplies are organized and in the clear jars I can see the contents at a glance. I store all types of stuff like this, solder, Velcro, clevises, balance weights and so on.
