      I designed and built a battery discharge station using a discrete output from a cellog 8M to terminate the discharge. IIRC I have it set to terminate if any cell goes below 3.5V (under load). I use a bank of 55W fog light bulbs and some switches so that I can change the load. I have been using it for two years now, it works great.
