    Retract info.

    Not sure how but this question ended up in the airbrush tab also , probably me not paying attention.

    Has anyone ever oiled the screw on the retracts ? Was thinking just a small drop might help .

      Don't think it can hurt. I've taken a few of these apart at this point and there is usually either an oily feel or a little white lithium grease on the worm drive and gear.

          Thanks Ryan , I have some of the white lithium . Think I'll apply a small amount n see what happens .

              Ok took some compressed air and blew the retracts out really good , then I applied a small amount of the white lithium Greece . Worked the gear up and down , with each movement I could see better , smoother and more responsive movement . What a big difference it made .
